Terms

These terms apply to orders placed with TonEden Promotions (Pty) Ltd. Your written quote sets out the specific items, prices and timelines for your order, and takes priority where it differs from this page.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless the quote says otherwise. Prices depend on supplier stock and pricing at the time of order.

Proofs and approval

For branded merchandise, we send a proof before production. Please check spelling, colours, logo placement and sizes carefully. Once you approve a proof, we produce exactly what it shows.

Payment

Payment is made through a secure card payment link we send you. Production starts once payment has cleared. Send remittances and payment queries to accounts@toneden.co.za.

Delivery

Lead times are estimates from the date of proof approval and payment. We will tell you as soon as we know of any delay.

Returns

Branded items are made to your order and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ from the approved proof. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or correct them.

Digital transformation services

Domains are registered in your name and renew annually unless you tell us otherwise before the renewal date. Hosting is billed in advance for the agreed period. Website and app projects follow the scope, price and payment terms in your written proposal.
