TonEden Promotions (Pty) Ltd (registration 2025/018131/07) is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you request a quote or email us, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and the details of your request.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your request and prepare a quote.
• To process and deliver your order, and to invoice you.
• To register and manage domains, hosting, websites and apps on your behalf, where you ask us to.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with the people needed to do the work: product suppliers and branders producing your order, couriers delivering it, our payment provider when you pay, and domain registries when we register a domain in your name. Domain registration may require your details to appear in public registry records, as the registry rules require.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to provide the service, and for as long as tax and company law require us to keep business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email vincent@toneden.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
